Joule/PT problems
My powertap hub recently died - I have replaced the battery in the hub, fully charged my joule and now when I ride I still don't get any reading. The joule tries to connect (dashes under "Watt" blink and top of dashboard reads "finding") but then it doesn't seem to connect -- nothing happens (dashes stop blinking) and then after a while the joul just turns off.

I tried re-pairing the joule and PT but still no luck....

PT and joule are ~3 years old... i hope this doesn't mean PT is just dead?!

Has anyone faced this issue before? Suggestions as to how to get my baby back up and running?

THX!!

I have a battery tester and do a quick test on hub batteries when this happens, some places those batteries sit around long enough to discharge. Double check that those are in the correct position in the holder as well.
