The Norwegian junior runner Jakob Ingebrigtsen is keeping up in the off season.
8.19.77 on a 200m track is not bad when you are 16.

It is going to be interesting to follow him this season.

Incredible time indeed, even more so when you count in his 800 as well. Will be fun to see how he progresses the next couple of years

Just out of curiosity. Why do we get a post every time he has a new result? What relevance is this to triathlon? Should we flood the boards with results from every kid doing something in any swim bike or run event?

Edit: 7:32 is the u20 record. He would've been lapped in the race...

Because HS track is more important than bikes, disc breaks, wheels, etc.

Nothing beats HS track
