Hello- Anyone experienced ischiofemoral impingement? What were your symptoms and how did you treat it?

I had a labrum tear. Had surgery.
Early surgeons I consulted with either didn't mention impingement or stated it was likely not a problem based on my films. 4 years went by, tear got worse, surgeon indicated impingement may be a factor and did some shaving along with securing the labrum. Orthoscopic procedure.
IDK that any of my symptoms, other than maybe the tear itself, were based on the impingement.
