When in doubt, throw it out has never failed me. But seriously, I have had a bunch of tubes with similar problems over the years and I am curious what JackMott would say so bumpski.

I have seen little ripples before but those are some fat knobbies!

Ditch it. Almost looks to me as if your tire had some small flaws in the bead and the latex was working its way into those spots. If those little bumps were actually past the bead you're really lucky the tube didn't fail.

I find sometimes latex tube develop little ripples and seem to lengthen in use and as a result I generally replace annually. But I've never seen anything as dramatic as that.
