Is this a crack? CASE CLOSED
So after washing my "new" Blue rc6al today, I found what appears to be a crack... just looking for a 2nd/3rd/... opinion. Anyone know if this can be repaired - or does it go onto the wall?

It's at lease a crack in the paint. Get a razor blade or an X-acto knife and chip the paint away from there and you will see if it is actually a structural crack. If it's "new" to you then depending on how you got it and how often you've used it since you got it, it may be best to try to return it as faulty goods.

Less is more.

I cant see paint on metal doing that, so I say crack and quit riding immediately . CF sometimes looks like that at bonded joints, but no bonded joint there
