I'm a self-coached athlete and have been for the past couple years but still can't seem to figure out a good taper. I'm a believer in the ST approved taper:
Run: 3 weeks
Bike 7-10 days
Swim: None
With that said, I'm hoping to get my hands on a taper program. Any suggestions?
