I haven't seen the list but when I did Chesepeakman, my husband was able to drive around not on the course to see me 3x on each bike loop. The bike course is basically a big circle and if you drive inside the circle you can cut across the course to see you at various times. Of all the IM distances races I've done he found it the easiest to get around on the bike course and stay off the course.
