Hi everyone,

I am planning to race the Ironman 70.3 Brasilia this coming April. I was just curious if anyone had done the race before and could comment on ability to train in the days before the race? Are there safe roads to ride on? Can you swim in the lake the week of the race? Any comments from past experience would be helpful.
