While they didn't actually promise a final answer tomorrow, only an update, I have a feeling they'll call the go/no go tomorrow as well. I think they should have a fair assessment of the damages/town needs at this point given the indirect hit. I think some areas flooded pretty badly though so I still look at this as a 50/50 shot.

I'm still thrilled that they are even trying.
