So I'm a previous beach volleyball player and gym person, who never did any endurance thing with my upper body.
I lack swim endurance.
My 200 m time is 2.53 and 400 m is 6.10 ( long course).
I started to swim about 15000m/w this year and seem some improvements. Before i did 5000 m/w.
I swim five mornings every week, 3000-3500 m in 50 m pool. 2 CSS sessions, 1 speed and 2 easier.
I don't do any longer intervals , do i need that? Or should i add an 5000 m swim session?
Any ideas, i want to swim 70.3 fast!
