Funny -- I was looking for something more concrete in your recent thread (why you're stuck), but it just reads as a long pre-advertisement to your website to me.

Nothing specific on how to get unstuck, just why you're stuck.

Except he's put up a number of other posts on the process he employs, the drills and progression he follows with AOS. Sure, he's selling something, but he is giving valuable info away for free.
