Hoka Training Shoes for High Arches
Hi all,

I am looking for recommendations from Hoka users with high arches. i am looking for a training shoe that I can use to help build up base mileage so that I can handle a 140.6 next July. I have knee and top of foot issues that limit my run training and I am optimistic that the Hoka's can at least alleviate the knee issues.

Thanks,

Mike

I have high arches and have a neutral foot strike (maybe even supinate a bit) and have run in both the Bondi's and the Stinson Trail shoes with great success. For what that's worth.

Re. high arches, just like with flat feet, one needs to build the muscles of the feet and calves. Let anatomy be your support.
