Hi all

Anyone have sciatic like symptoms down leg with a hip labral tear? I am showing signs (during physical exam) of a potential labral tear. The interesting thing is that I have been battling what I think is piriformis syndrome for the past 9 months down same leg into my foot. Spinal MRI was clean, no hip MRI thus far.
