I finished my first full IM in late June and took the month of July to catch up on chores and do some "fun" runs and a little mtn biking. Now I am getting back to training as I have a HIM in November. During my IM training I did not incorporate hills or speed intervals in my training but would like to start for my upcoming HIM. My question to the group is do you do both each week or alternate them every week?
