I've been drinking diet soda (specifically Diet Dr. Pepper) for years. Across those years, I've definitely become addicted and the amount I consume seems to continue to increase.
I know all of the reasons to quit, but I simply cannot seem to shake it.
I've asked my family for support but they just say to let myself have it since I don't really have any other vices (except triathlon, haha).
I'm just sick of being a part of who I am. It seems really hypocritical, not to mention how horrible I'm sure it is for me.
I'd really love to hear if anyone else has experience with this. How did you crack it? Let me have it!
