Help with Olympic Training Plan
Hello,

I am a 21 year old male and I am moving down from 140.6/70.3 to Olympic this year and am trying to figure out what to do training wise Basically I have raced 2 Olympics in my life and was not really prepared for them (damn pig roast). I was looking at the Garmin Intermediate training plan for Olympic distance and just have no idea what I am looking at. It all seems too short and as if it wont be enough. Does anyone have any experience with the Garmin training plans? Or have any alternative ones?

As far as my splits go, swimming is by far my worst, around a 28 min Cycling, mid to high 50's, and the run being my other worst event being around 50 min. I would really like to be somewhere in the 2:05-2:10 range lower being better obviously.

Help?
