I'm torn between a Zipp (2013) and Reynolds Element (2013 also) disc. Both are used ~4-5 Ironmans, both 700$ incl new cassettes (Ultegra 6700)

Is there a big difference between lenticular and flat discs?

The races I choose are mostly rolling hills (MT 70.3, Syracuse 70.3, IMLP etc).
