This is my first time ordering from Ubyk, but I got a strange email from them this morning in regards to my order.

"Thanks for coming back to me. Unfortunately however we have been asked by Sagepay to cancel your order, and to request payment by Bank transfer instead. It's in all likelihood down to the billing address and the delivery address being different." "Can you send an email when the transfer is finished so we can check our bank."

Yeah, I won't be doing that. Just curious if anyone had any experience with them. It seems they have a lot of positive reviews. I just thought this was odd. (I am ordering from US..)
