Hello fellow Slowtwitches.
Here's my scenario:
I live in NZ and want to buy a very rare Cervelo RS frame in XS size (650c! These don't exist anymore!) from Incycle Bicycles in California. Shipping to NZ is ridiculously expensive but my parents will be in LA for one night only next week. I want Incycle to ship this frame to their hotel to arrive the day before they arrive so that it is there when they get there so that they can bring it back for me. Simple right?!
Incycle were good at communication at the start answering my questions but now won't reply to anything - all I want to know is how long do they need for processing and delivering the frame to ensure it arrives on the correct day ie. what date do I need to purchase off their website. I don't want it to be sitting around at the hotel days before they arrive and I don't want it to arrive after they have left.
I have tried emailing and sending a Facebook message (which they have read and not replied to!) and calling but it says the number is incorrect.
I don't really know what else to do and don't want to miss out on my dream bike - anyone dealt with them, or know them, or work there, or can help me in any way?!
From a very sad little Kiwi who just wants a new road bike with 650 wheels.
