Looks great. The only time I eat bacon these days, however, is on our annual spring break cruise. I usually manage to eat a pound or two of bacon each morning at breakfast. It's help yourself in the buffet line. When I get home, I have my arteries reamed out.

I concur - this is how bacon dreams of being served.

I had that for the first time in late Feb - was away for an annual long weekend ice climbing trip w/ the crew, and one dude (who just happens to be a stoner - coincidence? I think not ;-) brought all the makings for that, and we had it for breakfast both weekend am's.

BAC-O-LICIOUS!!!!!

We did the Bacon Explosion (sans the flavor rub and BBQ sauce) too on Sunday am. I preferred the standard bacon and cheese version, the sausage didn't add to it in my opinion.

The breakfast side dish with that was some sort of sticky bun cake thing, that was just dripping w/ gelatinous sugar and butter.
Yum.

Thanks to your post, my daughter made this for us for Easter brunch. Very tasty. Went for a two hour ride later and I'm sure I burned off at least 1/50th of the 50,000 calories that comes with it.

I'm not sure what to say, I'll have to let the picture speak for itself...

This is awesome by itself but also adding some eggs & hashbrowns, as other have mentioned would be great.

Another favorite of my is turkey, wrapped in bacon, over chipped beef. Another good eat.
