My Vectors are c10,000 miles old, and are beginning to feel worn, with play in the spindle. there seems to two options for replacing these.

and then i need one or other or both of these options to replace the spindles

anyone on here done this themselves, or should i just ask my LBS to do it for me...?

it looks like the both option basically upgrades me to a brand new set of vector 2s...
