Front light on a Shiv
Struggling to find a good light to put on the front of my Shiv for early morning rides before work. Simply based on the aero bars and how Shiv has created their frame, I'm not finding anything that appears to work well. I'm sure others smarter then me however have either rigged something up or know of a light that will attach nicely. Would appreicate any pictures/ideas that you have used or are using!

Thanks!

I use an older model serfas light similar to this: https://www.serfas.com/...Cusb-lights%7Cpage:2

You can clip it onto the aero extension and it pivots for face forward.

Alternatively, you can get a barfly TT mount which would allow you to mount a light directly under your computer mount. They have a light they sell as a package but my serfas works fine with it on my road bike. https://www.barflybike.com/...an-gopro-light-copy/

Couple of ideas.
Helmet mount.
Band type mount like Nite Rider has. Maybe stretch around basebar. Also, could rotate the mount 90 degrees and mount below extension.
Does K-Edge do aero mount with gopro? Or, just a gopro mount on the extension? I have a Cygolite and its' helmet mount is easily modded to fit a gopro mount.

this is quite flexible and works well: http://www.lightandmotion.com/choose-your-light/urban. you can clip to aerobars and rotate as needed

Thoughts on being an Urban Triathlete

i discovered this today. it replaces the nut on the QR skewer and gives you a 31.8mm space to mount a light.

i'll give it a try on my felt ia10. i thought about getting the urban light for my extensions but with my extensions angled up a little, all I would do is piss off motorists.
