I'm telling you right now...this is a huge conspiracy. The sisters refused to play Bruyneel Buddie Ball and now they are going to pay the price. It was Ferrari in the team bus with a Livestrong vitamin water.

I like your thinking. Originally I was going with LRS has withheld payments to FS, so FS did not have the funds to make his payment to Dr F. Dr. F obviously upset, made sure FS paid one way or another.

But now I like:

1) LRS withheld funds knowing that Frankie Boy "may" test positive. FS now a doper* has no way to go after LRS for non-payment and they conserve cash; or

2) Everyone is trying to sue LRS for lack of payment. Frank "somehow" tests positive. LRS to everyone else; "Drop your lawsuits or you're next"
