Flat foot insoles
After some minor plantar issues (so injury yet slowed down due to soreness) I need a good insole recommendation. I'm not looking to spend $300-$700 unless I absolutely have to so custom orthodontics are temporarily out of the question. Anyone have a good brand they prefer? I know it's personal but if it helps. Flat, wide feet.

I still lapped everyone on the couch!

How flat?
How wide?
Where is the pain?
Running?
Walking?
Cycling?

Without knowing specifics and seeing your feet all the feedback you'll get is brands that worked for other people, people that don't have your feet

Boots
Fleet Feet Rochester, NY
Fleet Feet Buffalo, NY
YellowJacket Racing, Rochester, NY

Pretty flat. Usually go with a motion control or stability shoe.
2e, so wide enough
Mostly running
Occasionally a little tightness walking, but no pain.
Cycling is fine. No pain or discomfort (other than my ass on the trainer) at all.

I still lapped everyone on the couch!
