2014 was a very tough year for me.
A PE in April, a serious bike crash in July. 2 shoulder surgeries later.
I had a brain tumor removed in December.
Just the physical rehabilitation has been tough.
I started swimming in march, started running on a treadmill then finally outside a couple of months ago.
But today, I finally got back on the bike. 26 miles with 1300 ft of climbing. Not easy by any stretch. But it was great !
