Electrolyte supplement...
I did a quick search on the forum and didn't see anything on company http://www.therightstuff-usa.com. I probably messed up my search and that's why I didn't find anything. I'm training for IMMD and currently planning on consuming a mix of Generation UCan and Sustained energy. I'm a very salty sweater and just checking to see if that product is worth trying out of stick with my mix.

I like to think that I hydrate enough but my body tells me other wise. I consume drink with electrolytes as well as salt stick capsules every 15 mins on the bike but the result seems to be the same.

If there is another post that has already been started I will be more than happy to read that and delete mine.

thanks

Have you tried anyone else's sweat? Curious how you know you're a "salty sweater"

I definitely tried their sweat and it isn't bad compared to mine.

For me, my bid shorts have sections that are really white from sweat. They start showing up 45 minutes into my long rides (4+hours) in warm weather. I've done the base building period but my legs still don't feel right up to 2 days after the long ride or long runs.

I use a supplement called NormaLyte. (http://www.normalyte.com/). It mixes very well with my nutrition of choice, and I have noticed an improvement in my long distance efforts while using it. You can find it on Amazon, if you would like to give it a shot. When using NormaLyte it is imperative that you mix it with 1 liter of water or more. Don't try to make a condensed mix.
