Hey guys,
Here is a quick reminder that the Easter Virtual Camp starts tomomorrow morning. I might not be able to get to ST till mid afternoon to remind everyone, so here it is. I'll post all the rules and points systems mid afternoon, but basically it is the same system as we used during Xmas Camp.
Let us know if you are playing. Weather here does not look like it is cooperating to log some outdoor miles this winter...snow and sub zero temps! Might be stuck on the trainer and doing lots of running...fortunately the pool is open.
For Xmas camp I snuck into gold club, but I was off work. With work, bad weather and business travel next week messing with access to bike and a pool, I'm going for Silver club (100 pts per day pace) and if I stretch it maybe Carbon Fiber Club. I'll try and make up with intensity and hope it all falls together for Wildflower

Edit: Updated with Camp Rules from December Camp:
Below is the point scheme. Please do not debate it. It is what it is (refined after much debate from 3 camps over the past few years). If you do something else not listed below, use the honour system and translate it into something (for example, 60 min of hard core soccer with your 14 year old kids running circles around your middle age attempts might qualify for 40 points)
HONOUR RULES:...weights is actual time lifting...you can't count the time sitting on the bench checking out the hottie for 5 minutes as you "recover" between sets. Swimming you can count actual time taken for a complete set (ex 10x200 on 3 min....no need to subtract your 15 second rest when you come in on 2:45...but if you hang out for 5 min between sets that time comes off the points. Biking is actual time moving...not door to door time with three Starbucks Latte stops...running is actual run time, not door to door time
translates to:
Here are the "levels" (I'm adding a few more bike material related clubs....Aluminium-Cabon Fiber-Titanium on the 250's)
Parkito or MTL can you help with scoring
