Looking for something to race as a warm up to Challenege AC, preferably mid May. Any suggestions? Sprint or Olympic distance and relatively flat.

Maritime (setup events) is around May 18th I think.
Out near St. Michaels.
I haven't seen the "official" announcement though.
Hope they will have it.

Buddy sent Set-up an email to check on Maritime because we ready enjoyed it last year but doesn't sound like it will happen... Have to check out Rock Hall--did that 2 years ago and it's a great race!

Bummer if so.
Great little race.
If I remember correctly they told him that venue wasn't available/wasn't going to happen so they were 'exploring other options.' Doesn't sound like it will be Maritime.

Website says August was date for 6 Flags tri. Do you have as link to the may event? How are these others in terms of course difficulty. This will be my first race and meant as practice for AC so I'm not looking for anything too challenging.
