I'm into week 1 of a 3 week cycle of EPAT treatment for plantar fasciitis. For those who've done this treatment can you give me your experience on this treatment? I'm curious how long it was before you started to run again and if you found the treatment to work. I think I made a mistake of doing a run/walk for about 2 miles the other day. My feet cramped up and the next day my feet had a slight burning sensation.
