Is this what I think it is? My suspicion is that the "dough" you refer to is the green type, and not the yeast-fed complex carbohydrate that I prefer to eat.
If so, I'm out - as I've gotten older, and done better financially, I've gotten cheaper. Bot a new tribike last year - after riding the same ride for a dozen years. Good luck to all of you who have under-expressed cheapness genes! I'm sure you'll blow past me on your cool rides!

Well, I might as well capitalize on the 7 lbs I've lost due to sickness. I'm in.

Unless we're talking about money, then my wife will confirm that I'm already top 3 there.

Ah, if it's the pasty jiggly s*** around my midsection, carefully concealing the buff athlete beneath, (rather than $$$$$) then I'm in. Have a serious amount of work to do on that front. And back. And sides...

I'll play. I need it big(pun intended) time. Now how long do we get. I am still figuring out the back issues, but I think i have put on 10 lbs above the extra ones i had before.

Can I suggest a BF% test. I know this might be tougher to gauge.

I'm in!

Can we count the past 11 months? I've lost 29lbs in the since last Feb :-)

I'm figuring I can drop at least 10 more to get to my true fight'n weight.

After spending the past four days XC skiing, I have rekindled my desire to get back to the weight I was when I bought the skis three seasons ago. Too much extra weight on the skis makes them harder to glide across the snow! That means I need to drop 18 pounds. I'm shooting for 6 pounds a month for the next three months. That way, at the end of the XC ski season I will be back to my race ready weight and I can reward myself with a new pair of skis at clearance prices.

I'm definitely in.

Might as well join again this year. Really need to lose some weight by April and all this competition/peer pressure seemed to help last year. Wasn't planning on needing to join again but it is what it is. I would vote for a start time as the day after Christmas or Jan. 1st. Any seconds on this? I suggest a carrot this year. Winner wins a bike?? Ok, maybe too much and no more speedy volunteering. How about a cheese cake :-)

If it's pounds, I'm in. I just weighed myself and topped out at 150, my upper limit. I need to get down to my IM race weight of 140 for the hilly races coming up this year.

After all the sweets I've had lately, not to mention todays "Christmas" brunch, cake and Graeter's ice cream - I'm in. Time to tell the fat boy in me he's got to go!

Bot a new tribike last year

I don't make a habit of pointing out typos or commonly misspelled words ... but "Bot"? =)

Sorry. Bot/sld = too much time on the trading floor. Spent a few years as a sell-side analyst out of B school, and used to sit on the desk when things got busy. Acquired some pretty bizarre abbreviations and jargon. Wife hates it.
