Today marks my 60th day in a row of riding. Also it's day 44 of consecutive running. 100% treadmill and spin bike.
Weekly total hours for the last 8 weeks: 9, 11, 12, 13, 12, 13, 13, 12
Daily running minutes, by week: 5, 10, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26 (current week)
Which puts daily cycling between 60 and 100 minutes, probably averaging around 90.
Went from 175 lbs at christmas, down to ~145-150 lbs today. I looked skinny to begin with at 5' 10"-ish, but holy crap I don't think most people realize how much body fat they're really carrying around. If I told friends/family at christmas that I was going to lose 30 lbs they would have laughed because it wouldn't even have seemed in the realm of possibility.
This post doesn't really serve any purpose other than to congratulate myself, and to instill fear into any of my competitors who will be at Racine 70.3 this year.
