For those out there that utilize the DQS for nutrition and Training Peaks, recommend going to https://peaksware.uservoice.com/...qs-app-compatibility in order to vote in support of DQS being added to TP. With enough votes, hopefully we can get TP to improve their compatibility.

The Diet Quality Score is Matt Fitzgerald's process for managing nutrition. You can learn more about it here, http://mattfitzgerald.org/. I've tried calorie counting and other methods of nutrition management, but the DQS methodology is very, very simple, and seems like a common-sense approach to nutrition that even I can follow
I'm not an expert on this stuff. I just got Matt's book and I use Training Peaks as my "journal". Thought bringing the two together would be a good thing for folks that use both.
