Guys I need to cut some length from the legs of my T1, what is the best tool for the job?Sharp kiitchen scissors or a fresh Stanley knife?

i wouldn't do that myself... Call around (dive stores are good for this as well as the usual suspects) and look for a place that does wetsuit alterations.

You've invested ~$300 on your wetsuit. Do you really wanna risk mauling it to save $35?

Go for the Stanley knife with a fresh blade. Just remember to measure twice (or thrice) and cut once.

What about the seam? Do you have to seal that somehow?
