Customizing Fit of Aero helmet
I always struggle to get a cycle helmet level on my head. Not usually too much of an issue but when you add in a visor it starts to become a bit annoying if it touches your face on one side. I have a Giro Selector and the retention system is non existent, which doesn't help.

Anyone had any luck with adjusting the fit using pads or something inside? Any tips?

My advice is just to try different helmets. I find that it's really hard to get a helmet that doesn't fit to fit better. Easier just to try a bunch of helmets in a store and take the one you like. Plus most of the newer aero helmets have quite good retention systems.
