I know nothing about Eliel (never heard of them), but I know a lot about JLVelo—both my cycling and tri clubs are using them. And my wife's been sponsored by them for several years.

JLVelo sizing runs larger than Castelli or Giordana, and is probably most similar in size compared with Pactimo. JLVelo offers semi-custom sizing for team orders, but this is specifically for length of sleeves and inseam, and not volume for each size.

Eliel is pretty much same as Wattie Ink

so go same sizing as pactimo, I have worn their stuff. Their bibs fit perfect their top of the line cycling top is not super snug but the neck is.. if the neck was better I maybe better to size down

Mainly my interest is in the Cycling Kit and Skinsuit.
