Current fit numbers, does this make sense.

Measured from center of the BB to center of the pads (using a level and two people) was a reach of 495. I tend to ride with elbows near the front so I measured where I think my elbows actually go at 510mm

Measured from the center of the BB to the height of the pads. 585mm

This is on a large Transition.

Do these numbers make sense? Can I fit a Speed Concept?

Using 455 for pad X to back of pad

Size Medium with the following config:
M, Stem: Low-Far, Mono Spacer: 15mm, Wing Spacer: 5mm, Pad Row: 2, Mono Hole Row: 3, Mono slid forward by: 15mm, Wing Orientation: Forward, Pad Width Range: 120-240, Basebar x,y: 668,535

Gives Pad XY 457,585
Extension length (back of pads to shifter insert) would be 362 - that is your highest likelihood of not being about to match your fit unless you get the 22.2mm extension adaptor.

You only have the capacity to go 5mm lower (by removing the wing spacer)
