I have a .csv file for a race I am doing. How can I convert it into a .crs file for use with the computrainer? What software do I need?

easiest way I know is if the file has gps elevation data then pull the file into golden cheetah. Then with that file as the active file go to the train tab and then to the workout window drop down menu and you can import workout from file, this will convert the gps elevation data to a .crs file and store it for you. you can then copy the file to your CT courses folder. Hope that helps.
