A product is only as good as the people behind it. My saddle had an issue on Tuesday and I'm leaving for Louisville tomorrow. Contacted Cobb, replacement arrived today. Awesome service.

if the same happened and you were at Kona, you'd just have to go to the Cobb house, where it would be taken care of for you. he's been providing support for athletes here in Kona annually for 25 years, both for his own products and often in the form of neutral support.
