The great tradition continues! Come join CTC for the Challenge Family Americas Cedar Point Full Triathlon preview day on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Sawmill Creek Resort in Huron, OH. CTC will support a long day of training with the ride covering most of the actual bike course. Here is the agenda for the day:
7:30 Sign in
8:00-9:00 Open water swim clinic presented by Liquid Lifestyles Swimming
9:15-4:00 Group ride for A, B and C groups. People can ride a 56 mile loop or go long for about 100. Aid station set up with drinks and food! SAG wagon on the course
2:00- 4:30 Short run course for those interested in a brick workout or grab lunch at the Black Bear Saloon.
