Cee Gees for TriRig Alpha
Cee Gees said they'd create a new arm pad to specifically fit the TriRig Alpha armrests. In order to make it happen there needs to be enough of a demand.

In. I've been meaning to figure out which pad they currently have that's closest.

The closes is the Giant Trinity but it's13mm too narrow.

Is this to replace the entire arm cups or is it just for the pads?

Now that you mention it, are there any arm cups on the market that fit the TriRig Alpha? I REALLY don't like the existing arm cups that come with it.

Just the arm pads.
The nice thing about the Alpha armrests is the HUGE range of possible adjustment.

That's true, but they're not very comfortable and the velcro base doesn't adhere to the cups worth a crap.

I talked with Cee Gees about the whole velcro adherence thing. 3M seems to make the best adhesive, which is what Cee Gee sells. Nevertheless it, too, loses it's tackiness over time. The problem is the plastics that the armrests are made of. The plastic off-gases for quite some time, which decreases the adhesive lifespan.

I'd be in for a set also... my OEM tririg pads have compressed down after about a month of use, which is disappointing. I ordered a set of the Giant Trinity pads since the size and shape seemed to be the closest match. I even used the set of Cee Gees from my Zipp Vuka integrated bars w/out any issues even though the shape is very different.

I'd like some new pads, too. Did this ever happen?

Not that I'm aware of. I did get an e-mail from Renee at CeeGees. She said it looked like it would happen. She also said that either the pads for the Giant Trinity of the Vision Tech Large would be the best options for the TriRig Alpha.

Cee Gees has created a pattern for Alpha pads. They are waiting for more material and once caught up with other orders they'll begin producing pads specifically for the Alpha arm rests. :)

They are absolutely stellar. I can now ride over pretty rough chipseal quite comfortably. They will be the first upgrade on any new bars I get.
