Well that thing, IMO, is basically not a pad so any brand that offers a no pad option, would work-Kiwami has a few suits like that as does De Soto

Best pad for tri and by far IMHO. Tried so many other suits/shorts and always went back to Castelli because that pad is so much better ! I've even considered buying shorts to take the pads out of them and try and stitch them in other brands trisuits...

So the short answer is no I don't think you can find the same pad in other suits. But maybe I missed it so if you find that somewhere please let me know !!!
