Lots of conflicting info out there. I know that Camelbak makes the Racebak and Racefront but IS that legal in a USA Cycling time trial? Got a longer one coming up with weekend and need to know....

Yes.
I use a frozen raceback under my jersey/skinsuit in crits, tt's, and road races.
