Has anyone had trouble with this clamp? I'm struggling on a new build.

It seems that the Loctite on the threads is too strong such that the collar spins instead of drawing up. If I have it out of the bike and put pressure on it, I can get it to draw up, but it needs to be slack to get into the frame.

I'm thinking of removing much of the thread lock to lower the friction there. And/or locking the collar into the wedge better.

Before making mods, I figure I'd ask here for suggestions in case anyone had dealt with this.
