I have long-known that I have poor running mechanics and I think they have now more than caught up with me. I assume--but don't really know-- that there are biomechanical tests that can be administered to analyze (and ultimately improve) running mechanics. Anyone know one in DFW (Mid Cities, specifically) area? Any idea how much the analysis costs? Anyone have any luck in changing their running biomechanics for the better?
