Bike Fit Critique

Hoping for some input on position. Seemed comfortable and no change in power for the 15 minutes I rode after finalizing everything (saddle up and forward, front end down 10mm). Going to keep moving out the time to make sure it is comfortable long term, but before I do, anyone see any glaring issues I should try to address first? Video is slowed down if you're wondering why cadence is so slow and what those weird clicking type noises are.

I do mostly Oly and will do 1 Half this year, so I need to find something comfortable out to 2:25-2:35. Thanks!

Your knee extension at the bottom of the stroke is not extending enough. Seat maybe too low.
Your knee flexion at the top of the stroke is too pinched. Crank maybe too long.

I'd raise the seat 8-12mm, it will help both things.

The way you're rotating your pelvis backwards screws up your lower back, and probably your proper seat height as well. With apologies to Dan & Kiley, my guess is that you're not on the best saddle for you, but as evidenced by the recent thread and article, that's normal.

Feels good for a short distance, time will tell for longer ones as I made the last adjustments while riding today and only continued for about 15 minutes in this position.

As far as what I was looking for or why I would ask, a few months ago, after making an initial change from my professional fit I saw a large increase in power with no loss in comfort, which made me think that maybe there was more power to be had by optimizing my position further. When I got the fit last year I was 40lbs heavier, less flexible and couldn't put down much more than 180w for anything more than 15 minutes, so the fit was most likely appropriate at that time.

As far as goals, the main goal is continual improvement on the bike, particularly sustained power and the ability to run hard off it (upto HIM distance). With no races in the next few months, I am focusing on FTP to track improvement, and the next stop on the goal train so to speak would be hitting 4W/Kg, I've gone from ~2.1 to ~3.6 in the past 8-9 months so I am trying to make sure my position stays optimal from a power and comfort standpoint as my body and fitness evolve. I can monitor/adjust for comfort, and to a degree what it should look like based on research and comparing to other examples, but I figured some input from others would have value. Example, I knew the saddle was too low before making adjustments, and I raised it a bunch, and in my head I thought maybe I should raise it more based on how it looked, but then I thought "there is no way it should go up even more, I already raised it so much", so hearing it may be too low from others is very helpful.

Also I thought I was rotating my hips forward, as when I don't attempt to rotate forward my back is crazy arched, Hunchback of Notre Dame style. I have never had any discomfort with the saddle but it seems I need to be more rotated, so perhaps I am on the wrong saddle, or perhaps I just need some more core strength and/or flexibility, or maybe just more focus on it. I suppose there is also the possibility that for me I will never be totally comfortable with a flat back and may give up some in drag to maintain power and comfort. As I have a few months before my next race I should have plenty of time to flesh that out now that I have some items to focus on and think about.

I appreciate all the input from everyone, thank you!
