If I download a zwift specific file from bestbikesplit to zwift will it simulate incline or does it simply program in a power target in erg mode? If it doesn't simulate incline/decline is there a program that will allow me to simulate a real world course on my vortex that I've downloaded through bestbikesplit that includes climbing simulation? Thanks in advance.

The BBS workout in Zwift simulates power, not elevation/hills. There are a couple options for simulating courses but the one I'd recommend is PerfPro.
