We've used Verge, Hincapie, Panache, & Champsys in the past for both triathlon and cycling teams and, bar far the best quality and ease of working with a company was with John Londino at Death Row Velo.

Huge fan of Vie13 for cycling kits. Never used their tri stuff but their race kits are top notch.

For small orders ATAC have great prices. Took a little while to get mine in line for print but very responsive when I asked what was going on. I have order both cycling and triathlon jerseys and happy with both. Down side is they would not send me jerseys to try on because of order size.
