ZenTri is the best if you want to improve yourself. IM Talk is the best if you want to keep up with the tri scene. TRI Swim Coach is also pretty good and goes beyond just swimming. Age Grouper is a little nauseating. It used to be ok but now all they talk about is how they don't race.
Hey, thanks! I'm doing a huge volume build leading up to Ironman Texas and am detailing all the ugly behind the scenes of what 22+ hours per week is really like, plus a lot of MAF training results and fueling experiments. And tips for dealing with heat. And if you bastards don't donate to help my kid buy his first mountain bike, then I'll never podcast again. Until next week, because you know, triathlon never stops and he should buy his own bike anyway.
