I would be wary of using a track wheel on the front of a TT bike. Track wheels don't have a brake track and are not necessarily engineered to deal with a brake caliper clamping down on them.

Nice bike. Might have some little brother envy with my TM02. Any reason for the Mavic Comete over the HED3? Do you know it's faster or do you just like it better, like aesthetically?

Is that Disc a Zipp 900? It kind of looks like a Lightweight disc with the internal spokes...

There are lots of nice TT bikes out there, but I think the BMC is the nicest looking. I have a Trek SC since I used to work at a Trek shop and got a great deal on it, but if I were buying without any discounts the BMC would be near the top of my list.
