What's your goal? What is your weakest event? What is your strongest event?
  • Just finish?
  • Finish without walking?
  • Improve on prior time?
  • Podium AG?
  • Podium open?
  • Win overall?

Run 3.1 miles a day 5 days a week.
Bike 20 miles a day 5 days a week.
Swim from time to time.

Those were my thoughts.

Make it simple. Just get out and exercise while keeping family as number 1 priority.

Then race. That will show you where you need to focus.
